The hotel is in a great location, just steps away from shopping and dining, but also very quiet. The hotel staff was friendly, always available, and went out of their way to be helpful, including providing tips and recommendations and arranging for transportation.

I stayed here on my recent trip to Hanoi and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hotel near the Old Quarter. The location is ideal and gives you a chance to enjoy local scenery while being close enough to the action of the tourist center of town. I also have to say that the staff here is amazing. Super friendly and helpful with almost anything you might need. Definitely take them up on their restaurant recommendations as they were probably some of my favorite local restaurants to eat at while I was in town!

A fantastic location on a quiet street in the Old Quarter. Our room's balcony was level with the railroad train station. One of the highlights was waving and interacting with the passengers. The staff were fluent in English and very helpful in giving advices and arranging tours for us.

I had an excellent stay!! The room was so cozy, clean and the water was very hot! I had a perfect view of the train and surrounding area. Great place to stay - quiet, clean, with a comfortable bed, good shower and a safe. Good location but far enough away from the busy streets around the Old Quarter. All the staff were very friendly and helped me with booking my trip to Halong Bay. Would definitely recommend.

Incredible service and great location

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 6 nights and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. This hotel is in a great location and is clean and tidy but the best part is the fantastic service you receive. Every member of staff was so lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. They were so kind, helpful with recommendations and ensuring we had everything we need. We ended up booking our last two nights quite last minute due to plans being changed by the typhoon and they made it so easy and stress free. I’d 100% recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Hanoi!

Best hotel ive been to so far in Vietnam overall. Rooms feels very clean, washroom is clean, hot water pressure is strong, the drainage for the water is clean and water drains appropriately and doesn't pool on your foot. Air-condition is good, they give out 2 free water bottles everyday when room is cleaned like the other hotels. They have options for tours with pick up at the hotel itself. The location is perfectly walking distance to the night market. Staff are super duper nice and helpful, they even printed out a map of whats around the area. They have black out curtains in the room, and the window and walls are pretty thick so the outside noise is contained. Laundry service is available. The only thing that could be better is the mini fridge in the room doesn't get cold, and it kinda sucks as i like my drinks and water really cold. But still, love this place! Mostly the staff makes everything perfect ❤️ And when i checked out, they gave me a little souvenere bag, so sweet!

Great stay

We really liked our stay, the staff was so lovely, welcoming and helpful. They helped us book an amazing day trip to Ninh Binh, they gave us a lot of great recommendations on things to do in Hanoi. The location of the hotel is also good, a lotnof stores and places to est nearby.
