Short stay would have better

It is alright for a very short stay nit dont stsy long. Convenient for Hoan kiem lake and okd quarter. Paint peeling in corridor and bathroom. Shower makes odd noise even when not being used. Sink wobbly. Small window right high up. Floor gets really wet from shower, even when door is shut. Only good thing bed is huge, two beds put as one. Smells damp.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay, especially due to the great location of the hotel. Due to the current weather in Hanoi our original room had a damp feeling to it but when we highlighted this to staff they immediately moved us to a room which had more windows for better air circulation. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout. Great hotel for this price point!

Det var slet ikke som på billederne. Værelset var meget beskidt, fyldt med kakerlakker og en forfærdelig lugt på værelset. Sengen var hård og umulig at sove i. Rengøringen var ikke eksisterende.

De locatie is goed, midden in het centrum. Kamer basic, maar extreem luidruchtig. De kamer die ons toegewezen werd zou ik niet aan gasten durven verhuren. Ze lag vlak naast de receptie op het gelijksvloers en is enorm slecht geïsoleerd waardoor je de hele dag en nacht lawaai hebt van andere gasten die inchecken alsook van de straat. Heel erg onprettig. De kamer is redelijk proper, maar de douche heeft schimmelvlekken.

Gut die zentrale Lage im alten historischen Viertel und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Allerdings war uns beim Buchen nicht klar, dass das sog. Fenster an einen Lichtschacht mit vertrockneten Pflanztöpfchen führte. Abgesehen von einer Person an der Rezeption verstand niemand Englisch. Diese war jedoch behilflich, unser zum Flughafen fest gebuchtes Taxi zu einem früheren Termin umzubestellen.
