とても親切なスタッフに感動

徒歩圏内に観光名所がたくさんありとても便利な場所でした。私は一階の窓のない部屋に泊まりましたが二重扉で外の音は全く気にならず、観光しているので部屋に窓がない事も全く気になりませんでした。シャワーの圧は強くはないですが許容範囲です。何よりホテルのスタッフの方が皆さんとても親切で優しく感動でした。ありがとうございました！

Overall great service from the staff and the hotel is nicely located in the Old Quarters. Rooms are nice and the only issue is the shower, it was hard to control the temperature and the water intensity.

솔직히 저가 호텔이라 서비스나 룸상태를 크게 기대안하고 갔는데 너무 좋았습니다. Bar나 룸서비스 같은건 없었지만 직원들이 너무 친절하고(이렇게 친절하고 친근할수가...) 조식도 종류가 굉장히 많았는데 너무 맛있었습니다. 특히 조식때 주는 커피가 너무 맛있었어요! 진짜 서비스 만큼은 고급호텔보다도 좋았습니다. 볼때마다 웃으면서 인사해주시고, 안부도 물어봐주고 호텔 떠날때까지도 직접 그랩에 짐실어주고 전화통화도 다신해주고, 끝까지 최선을 다하셔서 너무 감사했습니다. 제 짐을 제손으로 들어본적이 없는것 같네요! 다음에 하노이에 또 들린다면 꼭 이 숙소를 이용하고 싶네요:)

The manager and hotel staff are so nice and accommodating. They let us store our luggage while we do an overnight boat trip to Halong Bay.

좋았어요.

처음엔 바로 옆에 골든선스윗호텔이랑 붙어있어서 헷갈렸음. 반지하(?)에 식당있음. 아침 조식 정말 맛났음. 처음에 근처에서 먹으려고 조식신청안했는데 엄청 후회함. 근처에 먹을거 하나도 없음. 하노이는 먹을게 없음....마트도 5분 정도 걸으면 인티맥스있는데 그리 크진 않음. 마트가기 전에 한식당, 편의점있음. 결국 매일 5달러씩 내고 조식먹음. 반지상(?)에 103, 104호 있음. 며칠뒤엔 203호 숙박했는데 2층 냉장고가 훨씬 컸고 냉동실도 있었음. 2층이 조금 더 넓고 샤워 배수도 잘됐음. 어디든 따뜻한 물은 잘 나옴. 에어컨 빵빵했고, 청소 잘해줬음. 모든 명소가 5-10분 내외로 걸어다니기 적당함. 공항갈때 택시 불러달라고하니 호텔 프라이빗 택시로 15달러라고함. 택시 사기 당한적이 있어서 안전하게 이용하기로했고, 넓고 깨끗한 택시로 편하게 옴. 주변에 아무것도 없다는거 빼고 다 마음에 들었음!

Everything is great!

5 star service provided by the staff, introduced the good food stall and attractions. Recommend to follow the tour(we did on ha long bay tour) offered by hotel as the tour engaged is reliable and all cost have been included! Breakfast selection is ok but they can do breakfast to your demand if possible.. Hotel even provided bread, yogurt and bottled water for take away as we were checking out early (they even prepared for my friend who did not stay in the same hotel) ! Highly recommend this hotel for location wise as well. It is located at old quarter so it's walkable distance to hoan kiem lake and night market on the weekends.

저렴한 가격에 깔끔한 호텔 입니다. 한국의 깔끔한 모텔 정도라고 보시면 됩니다. 도보로 주변 맛집, 마사지샵을 가기 편합니다. 호텔 조식 쌀국수도 맛있지만 근처에 유명 쌀국수 집이 많으니 나가서 드시길 추천합니다. 직원분들과 영어로 소통하기 편하고 굉장히 친절 하셨습니다.

観光にはいい立地でした。 お部屋はとても広い最上階の部屋を用意してくれてありがとうござます！とても快適でした！ フロントの方々にも親切にしていただき安心して過ごせました。特に女性の方は聞き取りやすい英語でいろいろ教えてくれました。 また泊まりたいです。今度は一人で泊まりたいです！

형편없는 곳

2박 예약후 늦은 시간 호텔에 도착 했는데 호텔셔틀을 이용해 호텔에 도착 했음에도 불구 하고 예약이 안되어 있다고 함. 자기네 실수라고 다른 호텔로 이동 시켜줌. 거기까지는 좋다 그래.. 다음날 1박 숙박하고 첵아웃한다음 사파로 이동 해서 옷장에 옷 한벌과 가방 하나를 두고 온게 생각이 나서 바로 메일을 보냈더니 없다함.. 너무 화가 나고 속상했던 하노이 첫여행 첫호텔 이었음.

200% experience golden Sun palace

This was by far the best accommodation i have ever had concerning customer service. After our luggage was delayed we asked the AirPort to deliver the lost luggage to this hotel even though we had to move to cat ba (returning 3 days later to Hanoi). They kept in touch to inform us about our luggage. When we came back to pick up our luggage to take a night buss they offered us Some room to repack, take a shower and gave us some drinks... ALL Free of charge. They also helped us finding Nice restaurants, cheap taxi’s and Many more. Even without this extraordinary friendly and good service, the rooms were very clean, bed was soft and location is very close to the old town! I cannot imagine something alike for such a low price. Highly recommended!
