La habitación estaba limpia y era lo suficientemente grande. El hotel está ubicado en el casco antiguo, lo cual es ideal para explorar las calles de Hanoi. El desayuno también estaba bastante bien. El personal era amable y atento.

Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel
Stayed at the too of the floor (level 8), very clean room as it was newly built. However, poor sound proofing with the church bells starting ringing at 5am everyday and you could hear every single gong of it, it wasn’t a pleasant experience at all.

Hanoi Lotus Boutique Hotel
The location is very good and the staff are lovely and helpful but I am baffled as to why this hotel has such great reviews. There are no facilities. Breakfast, which was truly dreadful at a place down the road- at least 2 minutes walk. We had a balcony room which was nice. But I am still baffled ...
