"The hotel was perfectly suited for the Old Quarter and easy walking distance to key sights. Nice and clean. Excellent bathroom facilities. Staff were superb and always on hand to help. We were welcomed with a cold drink while check-in happened we were given a map and guidance on what was nearby. Thank you to Anna, Angela, Messi and others for all their help. "Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel is exceptional value for money. Right in the heart of the old quarter downtown Hanoi. The Hotel is in close proximity to Hoan Kiem Lake and the famous Beer Street. The Staff here were amazing, they kept in contact with us from the onset of our booking, to our arrival in Hanoi. We were met at the Airport by a Taxi and taken directly to the Royal Premium. Special thanks to Anna and Đa on the front desk. Both spoke English and went out of their way to make our stay here enjoyable, giving advice on the restaurants we should visit,and attractions to see. The Royal Premium also has their own in-house Tourist booking office. We took advantage of the 5 Star 2 day Ha Long Bay cruise. Amazing with a private Limo transfer. So sad to be leaving Hanoi and will definitely miss the hospitality of the Royal Premium . "
