Pins De La Brume is situated in the scenic area of the beautiful city of Hangzhou. Its most famous surroundings is the temple, Lingyin Temple. Spend some time at the temple, the lake and also the wetlands of Hangzhou
This hotel/resort is an amazing place, the room is so clean and with very good layout. The personnels in the hotel are all kind and nice, well trained to deliver good services, and the housekeeper would greetings to you when meeting you in the hallway. Oh, their breakfast is one of the best part of the stay, so many choices and tasted so good we ate so much than cannot eat anything for lunch. last thing to mention, it's walkable distance to Lingyin Temple, 10 mins away for a walk thru a path under the trees. If only thing I would complain is - they don't seem have enough power outlets in the room but that's not a big deal, I would still rank it as one of the best hotel in HZ.
Amazing hotel! The hotel had a tea farm right outside where it harvests its own tea that can be found in your hotel room. The minibar was all free. Staff was friendly in general. The restaurant was superb! We had a wonderful breakfast, lunch and then an afternoon tea there.
The only negative part is the location. It's awfully difficult to get a cab and it's not that easy to find. Also wifi in the room is a bit unthoughtful as it requires the guest to have a CHINESE phone number in order to access the wifi. I understand a lot of the guests are local this is probably why, but I would recommend removing this feature.
Overall a great stay!
The ambience is very Zen and one gets into the holiday mood as soon as one steps into the premises. The staff is friendly & helpful. The breakfast offers a wide range of choices. Unfortunately, I think the chef has to work harder. The cooking is not up to the hotel standard. The supper menu is disappointing. Consider the hotel is located in the middle of no where, the catering department should broaden the supper menu. Currently, they only offer a few noodle dishes for in-room service.
Great hotel but can't comunicate to any in the hotel or read the menu at the restaurant with ONLY Chinese food. We had to go to the Four Seasons near by for a international dinner.
I absolutely enjoyed my 2-night stay at the hotel, it is a great location especially if you are looking for a quiet getaway. Away from the tourist crowed lake area, but yet accessible by taxi or by foot, you can take a walk on the tree shaded roads, or enjoy the afternoon tea at the balcony facing the garden. Very relaxing. All facilities and decoration reflect the Chinese Tea culture, and elegantly done!
