"Great location and plenty of support on having a great rapa nui experience. No breakfast, but the cabin has a decent kitchen and there are many markets - one even attached to the property. They even have car rental available. They connected me with a good local guide. Only two improvements would make this place perfect - ceiling fans and either a microwave or toaster oven in the kitchen (there is a toaster!). Thanks so much for making our rapa nui stay great!"

In addition, Tutti played host (required guide on the island) for the full length of our stay. He drove us around in his pickup truck and gave us detailed history of the island and the culture. Not only is Tutti well-versed in history, he is fluent guitar player and a professional (cultural) dance performer. My parents (elderly) were incredibly...

"Tatiana goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is great! There is no internet currently and only a communal television and kitchen. Although a no frills accommodation, Cabañas Makupuna makes up for it in quiet, peace, and tranquility. I most definitely would stay here again!!!!! "
