"Hotel El Dorado is a bit run down but honestly is a fine value for the money. Our beds were comfortable and the sheets clean. The breakfast was not great but had enough options for most. The hotel is on one of Concepcion’s central streets, but it wad not particularly lively during our weekend nights there. Oh, there is no air conditioning, but a window opens in each room, and that was good enough. "

The toilet ran all the time and could not be stopped. We barely had enough hot water for one quick shower let alone two. The couch was horrible there was no cushion you had to have help getting out of it. The balcony was nice but no furniture out there so it did no good.
