Outside not look fancy but when you come to the room very large room nice and pretty private, staffs very nice and welcoming, room very nice and clean , large room can fit 4 people in the room , the price very cheap for nice hotel. I am very recommend people to try this hotel normally I don’t like to write the reviews but this one are good for $50 per night and I will come back for more

I booked on the basis of the photos. They are a complete fabrication. The photos of the “ delux double room showed 2 x bedrooms excellent furnishings and an outside spa. In reality the room was old and shabby. Tiny fridge, worn mats. “Thai only” TV. Infested with cockroaches. There was one only room service menu held at reception, none in room. No phone system. In order to order room service one had to go to reception to order. Very hard bed. No spa as indicated, only an outside bath. Parking for only 2 vehicles. No table. No chairs. Limited power points. No subtle lighting, ie, standard lamp in lounge or bedside light, only very bright overhead lights. No screen curtains only blackout curtains. If the curtains in the bedroom were opened, workmen walking past could clearly see in. If the lounge curtains were open the room was open to public view. In order to use the bathroom or shower one has to walk through the lounge from the bedroom. Therefore the curtains have to be closed all the time for privacy. The wifi was poor strength, slow and unpredictable. The hotel grounds were largely unkempt and untidy. Overall it was an awful exoerience. As soon as we walked in we complained that it was not as depicted in the expedia photos and the staff agreed. If it were not part of a package booking I would have cancelled immediately and booked another hotel. This very unsatisfactory hotel should be inspected by expedia and the photos removed until things are corrected.

特別要稱讚既係員工既服務態到好好 盡力去照顧好客人 酒店環境優美，寧靜 係好好既渡假地方 但美中不足就係位置偏遠 附近甚麼都沒有 預訂這間酒店之前我們也知道 位置偏遠市中心 但是看見酒店服務裹寫了是有接送的服務（免費機場至酒店接駁車）和（免費區內接駁車）。 但原來是沒有的 員工建議我們call uber. 但是經過幾晚住宿 發現平均等候uber的時間也要半小時以上。。。 這點是我們最不滿意的。 還有就是（酒店提供小型電單車租借服務 ） 也是沒有的 雖然我們都是來渡假 但是完全和我們本來的計劃都不一樣 有點失望

this is a very nice resort. The chinese owner is very nice that he introduced some excellent places and restaurants to us where not crowded by tourists but super nice. I love definitely stay there again when I go Chiangmai mai next time.

Good choice in Hang Dong

Fantastic design on every details of decoration, gardening and background music. The family room we stayed is so spacious. Suffificient water supply and well funtioned ac system. The furniture is so comfy. Staff are all multi tasked. Specially thanks to Spa Manager and a lady I think she in charge of F&B. Though the location is a bit remote, but staff there tried to provide the best convenience to us on traffic. F&B lady drove me to nearby bank for money exchange and Spa manager drove me to Premium outlet for shopping.

酒店整體好好！花園泳池設計有心思，比你好舒服感覺！ 我一行四人今次入住兩房一廳一飯㕔獨立屋，其實由兩間獨立房中間加個有飯枱嘅飯廳組成，無煮食工具，住得呢啲獨立屋煮少少嘢食都唔得！因酒店位置偏遠，晚上想煮個麵消夜都無辦法，客㕔無電視，無DVD機，幾個人坐响廳無所事事！ 可能今次5月去玩，天氣太熱！冷氣嚴重唔夠！

離市区有一段距离，但自驾的話絶对不成問題。泳池舒适，十分適合大小朋友一同暢泳。房间也十分寬敞，惟日間時間冷氣不夠冷。
