Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was always cleaned when we returned. We went to Chaing Mai for the elephants so We Briza was a convenient hotel for pick up and drop off. The complimentary toast and hot drink in the morning was a nice touch.

Overall the staff was great. Very helpful. The pool was great, kids love swimming. No restaurant on site, they did serve breakast, toast, jams, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. No other options available. Very quiet rooms, and cleaning service was very good. A refrigerator in the room. Would stay again.

Far from the center,nice rooms/food, poor managmnt

The hotel is located well outside the city center but we booked it because it was supposed to have a gym facility with a treadmill - it unfortunately did not work and the management of the hotel did not seem to care... The front desk guy was very nice and helpful though. Also, the pool is really small and indoors.

Be carful ! Not recommend !!!

We had really horrible experince with this hotel ! 1: The air conditioning had an horrible smell (like moisture or dead rat inside). It takes two days for the hotel to change the room for us. They told us that is not possible because the baby bed is too big (wood and not foldable) to go through some doors…. So we stay one more night in the same room with an horrible smell. 2: After finally change the room, they told us they will move everything for us because we went out for all day. The hotel staff lost two things for my baby very important ! And there is no apology or compensation ! 3: The staff hotel didn’t clean correctly the towels and the room. I found dirty shoes mark on the sheets. Two times ! 7: The floor wasn’t clean every day. We need to clean it by ourself ! 8: Even the panel on the door “ don’t disturb” , the staff still go in the room with the door key by themselves !! 9: The room have a lot mosquito, not because is mountain, it because the stuff they don't close the door when they go in ! For finish : the reception is not professional at all ! They speak really poor english ! when you told them to do something for you , they will just forget in the next second ! laughing and chatting is their're job ! Not recommend It's not the same as the photo and really far to the city !!!

Good location ,if you like walking

A little far from old town, but quiet.Old town is at walkable distance( 30 min. Thru fruit market and flower market). Breakfast more then ok for the hotel price.

Great location!

Originally we booked a room for two, but there ended up being three of us. They upgraded us to a new room with more beds no problem at all. Jamie at the front desk was wonderful, friendly and super helpful. The room is okay to look at and the shower isn’t the greatest, but the location is amazing and the beds even though they are quite stiff, ended up being very comfortable. If you like fruit, it’s definitely the place to stay. The market is right out front. The fruit is fresh and cheap. Its a short walk to the center where there are tons of restaurants and bars. Zoe in Yellow is a great bar to hit and if you like Mexican food, Miguel’s is fantastic. We didn’t expect much from the breakfast, but it ended up being a great buffet. More to eat than you need and perfect to cure any hangover. I would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for a pool though, this isn’t really the place. The indoor pool is small and in a very awkward place. It looks more like a fountain. There is so much to do and see in Chiangmai though, it really didn’t bother us. We loved our stay.
