Everything was great. You need to ask the staff to help with bags otherwise it is not offered. But upon asking they were helpful. There were steep stairs to my room. Carrying a bag up was hard but I didn’t want to hurt myself trying to carry them down.

If I had to give it my own stars for this place it will be a 10 stars out of 5, the staffs here are at its upmost professionalism and the spa and food is paired perfectly together harmoniously! My second stay here this time with my mother in law , my 3year old son and wife for pre celebration of Father’s Day from U.S.A.

Second time staying- immaculate room condition and super courteous staff. Beautifully decorated Japanese style hotel you surely don’t want to miss it! Highly recommended for all. Their Japanese style breakfast is a must try. Can’t wait to go back.
