"I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this room is. I booked it because it's right on the beach. It was so nice to walk up a set of stairs and be there. I didn't expect a stove or coffee pot in the rooms. But there was also charcoal for a community grill. We never really saw any staff, but all the info we needed was sent by email. "Having a clean room that's bug free and an ocean view was what I wanted, and I got that. I appreciate that the rooms are not carpeted. I'd recommend that you he tile and other flooring be mopped as well. Vacuums don't pick up all the grit from sand. There was ample free parking no matter the time of day we came and went."

"The hotel was very clean. The rooms are very well kept love the high floor ocean front view. The showers are amazing. My only complaint about this hotel is we were only giving one parking pass per room although the room was booked for two adults. I feel like that is not very accommodating. What if someone wants to book a room for a whole family five or six adults with two beds and a sofa bed obviously they’re going to be more than one parking pass leaving you defend for yourself and your vehicle finding parking on the street where you’re paying for and have to walk to and from your vehicle every morning it’s just an inconvenience and I feel like for the money spent on the hotel they should better accommodate the parking situation at the hotel other than that everything was exceptionally good. They cleaned our rooms every day. I like that they provide complementary water bottles, but at most hotels if you come down to the front and ask for a water bottle and you’re paying hotel guest they will give it to you not this hotel. They only offered you the two water bottles when you first got there but still highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for something affordable, clean and right on the beach."

"Property is very nice. Staff is helpful. Rooms pretty clean. Ocean view rooms on the south side(416), are right above the restaurant. Noisy and smelly kitchen exhaust is the only complaint, but it happens with a beachfront restaurant attached to a hotel. Pool nice, parking isnt horrible, but a block away. Plan your luggage loading and unloading."
