"Everything was perfect!"

"It was a comfortable and clean room. Needs updating. Lots of wear. Very expensive for what is provided. "

"The building is fine. It's clean and overall felt very safe. Security at the elevators is a great feature. However, there is no concierge close to the rooms, at least none that I found. My room didn't get cleaned and my towels didn't get replenished. There was no tea coffee or complimentary water after the first day. There was no complimentary water at all. There was an advertised pool that was not opened. Indoor nor outdoor. It is a complete food desert .. "

"Walls were thin. Other guests had loud music playing all night into the morning when we woke up. You could hear inappropriate noises. Would not take my family here again."

"Clean room. Great for the spring bc you don’t have to go outside. Everything is indoors amd walking through the hotels. Pool clean. Only some outlets worked. Otherwise the everything in room was in working condition. Good for a kids getaway bc the bowling all amd pool is in the same hotel. Spa there too. Great wolf lodge for waterpark is next building over. "

"We needed to switch rooms because at first we saw ants in the room. Then when we pulled back the sheet there was a bed bug or tick on the sheets. The front desk immediately switch our room. The 2nd room’s bathtub/shower wasn’t 100% cleaned. There was a dirty facecloth hanging on the shower curtain & short black hair on the shower wall. There was also someone’s shorts on the shelf in the closet. When we went to check out the next morning the staff was very kind. The head of household was also there & I explained that our first room had ants & they said they were going to take care of it. I told him the 2nd room seemed to have clean sheets & towels but it seemed like the bathroom wasn’t finished getting cleaned. We usually stay at Holiday Inn Express but was disappointed in the Norwich CT hotel. We purposefully book with Holiday Inn express because of the indoor pool, but the pool was also out of order that weekend. "
