Quaint, quiet, cute, clean & convenient. Owner/manager so very nice & welcoming. We didn't spend much time on the property because we were visiting family in the area, but pool area seemed well maintained & clean. Internet signal was not great so if you have computer work to do it could be an issue for you. This is now our place to stay when visiting!

The room was good and as expected. Rachel was very attentive and interested in making sure our stay was happy. Location was great, and pool was nice. I would stay there again.

Old school hamptons property on the water with a pool. Good enough to rest after work but old. The smoke detector kept going off whenever I took a hot shower.

It's gonna be alright. Just about

It's okay. The cottage we stayed in was some sort of mobile home or portakabin. It was on a bit of a slope and had seen better days. On the plus side the staff there seemed really nice, the pool was good, and by Hamptons standards it wasn't too expensive. But by any normal standards it was expensive for what you get. Not recommended but maybe other rooms are much nicer

Staff at the Bay Watch were friendly, helpful and kind. The rooms were clean with the exception of the towels and bed linens that seemed to be a bit dingy (may have been just hard stains to get out) Otherwise, pool was excellent, location good and quiet, and for the price, I would highly recommend trying it out!
