"Lovely stay in a good sized room. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was well appointed, although potentially a little bit dated. There could do with being some plugs or USB ports next to the bed. Pool was a good size and wasn't busy. Would have preferred the sauna and steam room to be near to the pool so that we could go in together, rather than it being part of the male or female changing rooms."

"Stayed here for one night, while my son was admitted to hospital for an emergency procedure. The staff was friendly and stored my luggage before I was able to check in. The room was spacious and comfortable. If I had one suggestion, it would be an outlet by the bed. Perhaps because I was in a handicap accessible room that may have been the reason. It was just mildly inconvenient for me. Overall would definitely stay again. "

"Stay was fantastic. The weather was great. The hotel was in a perfect location for us. We walked to the West Brompton station and went all over London to see the usual tourist attractions. Would highly recommend this hotel. If we visit London again, we will definitely stay here again. "
