"We recently stayed at Auto lodge for almost 3 weeks as our son was in Waikato hospital after an accident.. Our rooms were spotless, and nothing was too much trouble, we were even able to have our washing washed and dried for a small fee, which was a relief, not having to find a laundromat. Would definitely recommend. "

"The entire experience was wonderful. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and helpful with directions and suggestions. We enjoyed having a drink in the beautiful garden area, and had dinner at the restaurant. The meals were great and the staff were so attentive. The room was spotlessly clean and the amenities in the room were really nice. The entire atmosphere was very positive, and not in the least pretentious for a higher end experience. We’ve already recommended this hotel to our friends who are future travelers "

"OUr stay was just overnight, but the addition of the outdoor hottub was lovely, the weather was quite terrible, cold & wet so the trip to/from the hot tub was a little chilly and felt a little overlooked by neighbours & other guests. Overall a lovely place to stay."
