"The service at this hotel on Hamilton Island is superior! Alvaro and Vicky are stellar, they made our holiday the best ever. Can’t recommend this hotel more! And Tyler takes it to the next level. The amenities are wonderful, the pools are lovely."

"Let me commence by saying that the staff were exceptional. Every request was undertaken promptly. The club is situated on Catseye Beach, and the views are spectacular. The biggest problem for us was the intrusion of the wildlife. Whilst it does have its charm, the noise from the Cockatoos and Crows was incessant and excessive. The other problem is that it is overrun by Wallabies who poop all over the lawn, and it is not removed in a timely manner. Not a good look for an upmarket resort."
