"Hotel is nice and clean but when I got to my room there was a brown “skid mark” on the couch and the heater sounded like a garbage truck every time it came on so getting a good nights sleep was impossible I also found it strange that the bed only had a top sheet and blanket…no comfort or so it got cold unless you turned the room heat up Needless to say I did not sleep well"

"Checkin seemed to take way longer than it should have for a pre-paid room, still had to do a deposit separate from the payment, had I known that I would have just paid once at the hotel. printer at front desk was not working, neither was pin pad in the restaurant - maybe hire an it guy to speed up the customer experience ....."
