"Had a great stay at the hotel. Loved the vibe there. The rooms are excellent, breakfast choices are amazing. Staff at reception were lovely. There were a couple of things which could have made the stay a complete 10/10 but this would not stop me from staying here again"

"Check in am Telefon für 9:00 Uhr geklärt und bestätigt bekommen. Dann bei Ankunft wusste der neue Mitarbeiter von nichts. Bisher kein Geld zurück erhalten, da sowohl das Hotel als auch Expedia nicht fähig waren, die Buchung zu stornieren. Sowohl das Hotel als auch Expedia wird von mir gemieden. Unfassbar schlechter Service."
