"I liked the location for us as we were meeting up with family. It was clean. comfortable and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice. For the price it was excellent. However, I wouldn't say it was 'Deluxe' - the room was basic, the large armchair was a sofa bed so not particularly comfortable, it just didn't feel deluxe at all. It was standard and they should just advertise it as is. Dissapointed with that part but everything else was excellent. "

"Definitely worth staying here, such a lovely host, great family atmosphere, the daughters are lovely too and help where they need to. Central to both the tower and the pleasure beach, with a tram stop at the bottom of the road, a couple of parking options available too. Highly recommend breakfast as part of the stay too. "

"Great Staff, Great breakfast ( too much for me ) great room all except the bed ( a bit on the springy side) we flipped it over then it was fine , all in all a very enjoyable stay!! Amazing halloween trimmings! "
