"Appartment very clean and well equipped the tv wasn't working properly and the water in shower was very hot and we couldn't turn temperature down location excellent for our needs reported shower and they dealt with . The only criticism was the outside and lobby area needed a good clean .Would definitely stay again"

"I thought i had booked a luxury apartment for myself and grandchildren. What i actually booked was a dirty apartment which i cleaned before i would let the kids sit down, put anything in the fridge, make a drink ect. The paint is knocked off the walls. The bedding had holes in it. Luckily we took blankets of our own so we could put them on top of the beds and used the towels to cover the pillows.. "A beautiful hotel, public areas lovely. Its easy to see that it was once THE best hotel in Blackpool and still is in many ways. The bedrooms are tired (I can only speak for our room 325) but it was clean. Facilities were basic, old wardrobes, but ceiling had been painted, the floor lino was stained and sticking up in corners in the bathroom, but the shower had been recently grouted and fresh sealant. so guessing there is a decorating project underway. We loved the property. Staff professional, friendly and very helpful. Food good. A nostalgic example of Past Grandeur"
