Great customer service and amazing breakfast! We requested to remove duvet from our room due to my son's allergy beforehand, and they went beyond our expectation by preparing feather-free pillows and blankets for us!! We'll definitely stay again when we visit Hamamatsu.

A little older than some of the other business hotels, but I find this the best. Has a lot of good free toiletries, larger rooms and good desk space in your room to work. Best of all AC worked with no smell

朝食のビュッフェが浜松で一番良かったです。ホテルの目の前がバス停で、浜松駅まですぐに行けます。ホテルの部屋にタクシーのQRコードがあり、配車を依頼できますが、急いでたら使わない方がいいです。
