"Emma was able to get us an early check-in on the first floor and we were very grateful! We stayed only one night, to attend a wedding. The free parking was great and the little dip in the pool was nice. The extra hour for late check-out was perfect! The floors could have been cleaner. The room had a fridge, coffee maker, dishes, and one double bed with one queen bed (what a nice bonus, we expected two double beds). Overall we really liked the place for the price paid and would love to stay there again, for a longer stay!!"

"We had the ocean view room on the second floor. It was newly renovated, with a beautiful private bathroom and beautiful wood work throughout. We were a bit spoiled when we were there, since there were no other guests on our floor during our stay. The kitchen and living room were spacious and well equipped, and Josh was always there to help us if we needed it. We would definitely stay here in the future"

"Had a nice stay here in Hawi without completely breaking the bank, tho I do miss the old funky hotel that used to be a brothel. This was considerably more comfy, if pricier. Still a decent price. Nice people, right around the corner from the main area of shops in town so coffee and meals were simple. Great option."

"There is no Air Conditioning, only ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The shower in the lower level is all hot or all cold, nothing in-between. Tried to adjust for five minutes with no luck. There is not onsite staff to check in or out, but there is someone living onsite."
