"Old property, shows wear. Couldn't tell if lock was engaged on door. Even though it appears they make efforts to keep it clean, a bathtub that shows its age will never instill confidence. Towels, although clean, were old and more the size of a generous handtowel, not a bath towel. A/C worked but was loud, couldn't sleep while on. Mattress felt aged. Lovely man checked me in. 'Breakfast' was not something I would eat, instant coffee, packaged pastry. Wouldn't stay again"

"Room was clean. Very spartan. Platform bed was not comfortable. Room was small. The hooker four doors down was not a problem nor was the ex-con who was next door to me. The road traffic was significant but at least the other tenants weren’t noisy. Parking was easy and the registration person was professional. "

"Key wouldn't work. Staff kept sending us back with a new key that wouldn't work. We had to ask them to come check out the door lock to let us in after several attempts. Bathroom sink faucet leaked when cold water was turned on. TV screen wigged out made it hard to watch. We did not try the breakfast."

"Rooms have a stale scent, furniture had rodent damage, drawers had clear signs of existing cockroaches, bathtub had permanent staining and peeled paint. Wood flooring was very chipped and sqeaky, also very dusty. Walls were paper thin, i cam hear my neighbor snoring and blow drying hair, even water running during the shower. Breakfast was good and fresh, staff was friendly. Parking was way too packed and sometimes far from my room. "
