"Our flight arrived early, so we were allowed to check in a bit early and ordered breakfast, which was super convenient. The staff all around was great. The airport shuttle was also easy to schedule and convenient. I enjoyed hanging out at the pool and appreciated having a balcony. Something I really liked was the icy gold citrus water they had in the lobby for guest. It was a great place for the money. Also very quick to get to Arizona State campus. I would stay here again."

"Room was dirty, urine on bathroom floor. Cockroach in the bathroom. Broken AC, had to move rooms. Didn’t get to bed until after 2am. Next room top lock was broken off, felt very unsafe. Beds are terrible, very uncomfortable. TV did not work in second room. Hotel very run down."

"The first room they put us in smelled like the inside of a musty wash machine. They did put us in a different room though. I went to take a shower and the water never got hot. I called the front desk to ask why and then they told us that the boiler was down. The vending machines were all out of water and the temp out side was 107. I went to the front desk to let them know and the said that there was a convivence store just up the street. Is this "customer service"?? I walked a little ways and returned to the hotel. They went to the exercise room and did get me a bottle of water. In the exercise room was a water dispenser with cold water. They didn't even offer that to us. We will not be staying at this hotel again."
