"They are scamming i got there around 1:30 and i left at 2:20 he tried to charge me 200 coz i had a pack cigarette in my hand i was so tired he made me leave shame on them, lobby smiles weed security guy he offered me to bring prostitution when i went to the room be careful going there not safe at all."

"AC unit was broken and stuck on 66, but didn't seem to be cooling. Luckily it was a pretty cool night and I brought my fan. The fire alarm went off multiple times at night and early in the morning. The elevator was out of order but we were placed in first floor room so that didn't affect me. Other than this everything else was great, parking lot was nice, the room was pretty nice too. "

"We booked a double queen suite 2-3 months before traveling. When we arrived at the property we were informed that the room was no longer available. We were offered a single king room with 4 travelers. Absolutely unacceptable. Thankfully we were able to book at room at Indigo Hotel in downtown Dallas. It was in a much better area and absolutely gorgeous."

"I have stayed at other Comfort Inn before and have never had any problem until now. The room was very dirty upon checking in. There was popcorn and stain underneath of the mattress. The bathtub wasn't clean; there was red/pink residue all over (who know what it was). The lamp was rusted. Even though it was a smoking free hotel, there were a lot of people smoking. Even when they did it in front of the receptionist, they did nothing. The smoking smell is everywhere once you step inside."
