"Awesome room and people. Would 100% stay again "

"We stayed two nights 1.) first night we asked for extra towels they never got delivered. 2.) we got to our room and the key didn’t work because the guy that issued our key cards only set us up for one night!!! 3.) We requested extra creamer for Coffee also did not arrive! "

"The Joule delivered an exceptional experience overall. The Deluxe Loft Suite was impressive, and for the first day, everything was operating at a true five-star level. Unfortunately, the AC failed in my room and the issue was not resolved during my stay. That was an unexpected miss, especially given the standard the property otherwise upholds. Had this not occurred, this would have been a flawless five-star stay across the board."

"Front desk lady Gabby was very nice and honest and the supervisor as well the only thing i didn't like was the parking situation i was told that if i parked at the lot around the back my vehicle may get broken into which gives you no other choice but to do v parking "

"Everything inside the hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.Breakfast was more than enough satisfactory.can’t complain about the inside at all,Outside can use some attention & upkeep like bushes trimmed and saw lots of trash on walkways,around behind pool gates,plastic bags,just trash all over,maybe some trash cans outside might help."
