I understand it’s an old property but what was projected on the website was extremely misleading as to what you get."

"The rooms were big and very comfortable. Just don't pay extra for cafe breakfast during week. It was a choice of coffee, breakfast sandwich or pastry. The product wasn't even up to Starbucks level and I expect more from a Renaissance Hotel. When I saw what they offered, I asked to be reimbursed and they said no.
