"Great room but the breakfast was the biggest let down. I hate powdered eggs. The potatoes were cold and soggy and the sausage patties tasted weird so if you don’t care about the breakfast part it’s great."

"room was clean and helpful staff. however starbucks inside was closed earlier the 2 days stayed there.and no water bottle to prepare coffee inside the room. very noisy people in the room next to mine, knocking the door and yelling to get the door open, chatting during the night until 8am the 2 nights."

"We stayed here while traveling to Tempe for a Jiu Jitsu competition with our teen competitors, coaches, and families. As a gym owner, I booked three rooms for our coaching staff, and overall the hotel was clean, comfortable, and a great fit for our group. The rooms were spacious, the bedding was high quality, and everything felt well maintained. We did have an issue with my room: there was no cold water, so the shower was dangerously hot and unusable. The manager immediately moved us to another room for the night. While it was not comparable to the room I had originally paid for, the way the team handled everything the next day truly made a difference. The manager was empathetic, listened to the issue, refunded my night’s stay, moved us into a room comparable to the one we originally booked, and even comped breakfast for the inconvenience. It was a completely different outcome than I expected, especially after having a very poor experience at another Marriott property on a previous trip where my concerns were ignored. This hotel did the right thing and genuinely took care of us. I am very grateful for the professionalism and customer service. In fact, I immediately booked another stay for September because I do not want to take chances staying elsewhere when we had such a positive experience here. Highly recommend."
