Concierge very helpful to arrange Bosporus cruise . Breakfast was fantastic and was included in the room, it is a standard in Istanbul. Very nice people and beautiful city. "This is the best hotel in Levent area in Istanbul in my opinion. Modern, spacious lobby, rooms and other hotel areas. Great big gym with a lot of heavy weight as well as cardio and other machines (Right now: 21 July 2025 gym is under renovation, so everything is moved to smaller area, still better than most of the hotel gyms. Renovation should be finished in 2 months) Outdoor and indoor pool, beautiful spa area with hairdresser and nail saloon. If you choosing this hotel regularly you can have a chance to get upgraded room, I got upgrades if if I'm not in Wyndham loyalty program. Kind and professional stuff. I really can't find any kind of negative point. "
