"This two-story home is so beautiful! It’s decorated in a modern, minimalist, somewhat Scandinavian style. I originally booked this place because I fell in love with the bathtub picture and thought that the extra space would be nice. Once I entered the place, I was blown away by the little details like the comfortable bed and bedding, how soft the towels were, and how nice it was to listen to the record player and even just gazing at the ceiling beams. "Hotel is spacious and it has everything you need including option to do your own laundry (similar to coin laundry). Location is great. Very close to JR train station and Hakodate morning market for fresh seafood! "

"Wonderful stay - so comfortable and welcoming and in a great location (we came by train). Would definitely return as we loved the city as much as the hotel. "

"This hotel is conveniently located right next to the JR Hakodate Station, which makes it an easy find. For breakfast, it provides a wide variety of local food which tasted delicious, such as the fresh seafood don and salt Ramen live station, and not forgetting the sparkling wine, red and white wine bar at the entrance. Room is of decent size and check in process is smooth. This hotel also comes with a laundrymat services, though it does not have an onsite onsen. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay at the hotel."
"Room was clean, but had v strong tobacco smell which I am not used to, in hotel. Breakfast was included for added convenient, food was v good too. I like it and will choose this hotel when I visit Hakodate next trip. "
"The location is great, right next to the red brick warehouse to shop, restaurants are nearby as well. Our room was pretty spacious and the bed was huge! if you stay here, you must get the breakfast buffet! staff were very professional and polite! great customer service!"
"Overall property condition is pretty new and very clean, bathroom is a bit small but setup very creatively to maximize space utilization. Location is close to tram tracks, so can be a bit noisy. Room has a washer only, no dryer, limited hangers to dry clothes maybe provide a foldable drying rack so that guests can put it out on the balcony in the summer or in the room as the room is pretty spacious (we have kids so we have more clothes to wash) "
