The onsen is the definition of relaxing and has amazing views. The massage and facial were amazing. The western breakfast was so good, and the dinner at the restaurants in the hotel is worth the price for the experience. Don’t miss your opportunity to stay here if you pass through Hakone!"

"This establishment was an awesome choice for our Hakone visit, a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. The was great reception and attentiveness of the staff, to unlimited amenities, and spacious room with a private open air bath, all exceeding our expectations. The public bath area was very nice and well worth time spent to include saunas. Additionally, included was an extensive spread for breakfast and dinner - you are sure to walk away satisfied. The food was so fresh and flavorful, I wanted to ask for recipes. The staff was helpful, friendly offering 1st class service. The hotel is minutes away from public transport which help us easily move from one place to another. I have already recommended this hotel to others and I’d surely book again."

"Great staff. Awesome touch to have free ice cream at the main lobby. Private onsen on the balcony of the room with a stunning view was breathtaking and helpful given my partner has tattoos and can't use public onsen. Best breakfast buffet with many options that ive been to."
