"Definitely a great place to stay if you are visiting Kawagoe with its historic 'Edo Town', as the nearest station (Matoba) is just two stops away. The very kind owner/host offers a comfortable place to stay with excellent hospitality and flexibility for not just solo travellers but couples and even small groups. "The owners are very attentive, and present the Ryokan as your being a guest in their home. The traditional tatami is clean and comfortable. Lots of art and Japanese mementos all over, make you feel that you are in aJapanese home. Hot baths too!"

"Really special little apartment in Shibuya. Not a far walk from Shibuya station and Google Maps will bring you to the apartment easily. It is on a slopey part of Shibuya so walking from Shibuya station to the apartment with luggages can be a bit tiring up the slopes. The apartment itself is small but they managed to squeeze in 6 beds and a very spacious toilet/shower/laundry area. We did have to close up our luggages and store it in between the beds at night so that there is space to sit around...

"Clean place overall, good facilities (e.g. gym and laundry) and excellent service. Room rather small (like other hotels apparently). It is not close to major touristic areas (which might be actually good for some); however, good location for moving around with subway (there are two stations nearby). Overall, very happy with this hotel. I would book again."

"New and clean facility, amazing staff, spacious public bath, quiet neighborhood in Tokyo. Proximity to subway Oedo line helps you move around Tokyo easily. However, keep in mind that Oedo line is not the most popular subway line and would require at least one trasfer(which is common in Tokyo), unless your destination is Shinjuku or Roppongi. If you dont like the crowded Tokyo, this is heaven with two amazing parks next to it (Meiji Park and Shinjuku kyoen) Must visit Blue six coffee on the other side of stadium.."
