"De kamertoegangskaarten van onze hotelkamer deden het niet. De dame van de bijvulservice die we tegenkwamen voelde met ons mee. Uiteraard mocht ze ons niet binnenlaten, wat goed is. Er werd door receptie direct actie ondernomen en we kregen de juiste toegangskaarten. De bedden zijn prima. Alleen jammer dat de kamers een beetje koel waren. Het was -8 graden buiten, dus daar zal het wel aan gelegen hebben. Verder prima hotel om te overnachten."

"Alles gut. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, angenehm ruhig, zentral gelegen, Stellplatz am Haus, wenige Meter zur Innenstadt. Das Badezimmer ist sehr geräumig. Sehr positiv, das Frühstück mit Bio- und regionalen Produkten und reichhaltig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. "

"Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles passte zu 100%. Personal: freundlich, hilfsbereit, flott. Sauberkeit im ganzen Hotel gegeben. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Der moderne Wellnessbereich ist sehr entspannend. Der Außenpool mit Blick auf die Skipiste. Das Frühstück ist sehr frisch und mit guter Auswahl. Der Latte Macchiato mit Abstand der Beste den ich bisher getrunken habe. Das Hotel ist älteren Baujahrs jedoch an vielen Stellen modernisiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Good breakfast, friendly staff, a small kids room with toys and spacious room for family with children and proper beds for all 4 of us. It has a small cooktop, kettle and coffee machine. Also toiletries for the bathroom"

"Stayed for three nights in September 2024. Lovely rooms, very comfortable and good bathrooms. Those were the positives. The negatives were that the Como Bar (advertised as closing at 1am every day) was never open, there were never any staff in reception, there was a vending machine that served basic food and soft and alcoholic drinks but only took cash, the wifi password supplied on our invoice was blank but did not work, and when we emailed the hotel asking about the bar and wifi, they did not...
