Reception was not manned, although website and notice on the door said it was. Automated key handing out machine did not recognise booking, phone number was just a recorded message but owner rang straight back and sorted it out. Bar and restaurant stated to be at hotel, but was not, however an independent business next door was

Der eigentliche Punkt ist: Wir haben a.G. der Zeit mit Reception Check-in gerechnet - war aber nicht. Stattdessen Online Check-in: "Lührs" wäre richtig und a.G. der Tastatur möglich, aber kein Access. Na, ja dann eben "Luehrs" - ebenfalls kein Access. Die Joker-Option mit Anruf ergab "Luhrs". Hat geklappt - Ja! Aber geschmeidig geht anders!! unD: Das Frühstück und -Service waren prima!

Trevligt hotell i vacker omgivning

Jättefint hotell och bra frukostbuffe. Trevlig personal. När inte det var bemannat i receptionen kunde man ringa ansvarig. Incheckning skedde i en automat på utsidan. Vi åt på Grekiska resturangen runt hörnet, som var jättegott och trevliga ägare.

Komme gerne wieder

Wenn ich mal wieder in der Gegen sein sollte, komme ich gerne wieder. Das Zimmer war ordentlich, eine solide Frühstücksauswahl und das Rührei wurde sogar frisch zubereitet.

Im Hotel ruhig etwas mehr für das Zimmer ausgegeben

Bei der etwas teureren Zimmer war alles sehr Bett und Zimmergröße gut. Habe in de 2. Woche nur ein Zimmer mit einem Einzelbett bekommen. Dieses Bett hatte eine sehr schlechte Matratze gehabt. Ist für für mehrere Nächte nicht zu empfehlen. Ansonsten waren alle Mitarbeiter sehr nett.

Wir sind erst spät am Abend angereist und wollten über den late-check-in Automaten einchecken. Leider wurde der Name nicht wie in der Bestätigung durch das Hotel hinterlegt. Erst nach gefühlt unzähligen Anrufen auf der Hotline wurde uns der falsch geschriebene genannt und wir konnten auf unsere Zimmer. Zimmer waren sauber und freundlich. Meines hat leider etwas muffig gerochen. Das 2. Zimmer war einwandfrei. Frühstück sehr gut und zu empfehlen. Auch wenn nicht alles reibungslos funktioniert hatte, würde ich wieder dieses Hotel für ein kurzen Aufenthalt wählen.

Problem beim einchecken

Einchecken am Automat, da ich vorher bei Hotel COM bezahlt habe, gab es Problene,kam nicht ohne weiteres ins Zimmer, musste telefonisch Kontakt aufnehmen. Vom Hotel kam jemand und half. Schien mir genervt das er kommen musste.

Wir haben eine Nacht im Parkhotel verbracht, der späte Check-In war kein Problem dank Schlüsselbox mit Code. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, verfügte über alles nötige. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Gerne wieder, absolute Empfehlung.

Für Montage völlig ausreichend

Kleines aber völlig ausreichendes Zimmer. Bett war leider etwas ausgelutsch und quietsche bei jeder Bewegungen. Großer Fernseher wo man auch nal was dra7f erkennt. Personal und Frühstück super. Einziger Manko ist das das Restaurant Montags geschlossen hat und sämtliche Möglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung auch ihren Ruhetag montags haben. So musste man bis nach Lippstadt zentrum fahren um was zu essen. Aber alles in allen für eine oder mehrere Übernachtung auf Montage völlig ausreichend.
