Nice hotel! I arrived early hours of the morning from a sleeper bus and they were able to accommodate check in at this time. The room was comfortable, clean and finished to a high standard. I would stay here again.

The room was noisy, this included the cleaning teams shouting and crashing around at 6:45am. We were told the pool was out of use when we arrived (no prior communication). We were sent to use a pool at a neighbouring hotel which was filthy and cold. The water was cloudy and the tiles had algal growth on them so needless to say we didnt bother. Clearly there isnt anyone staying around here at the moment. Breakfast choice was limited and the coffee was the undrinkable super sweet local stuff that the western pallate (and teeth!) cannot handle. I watched a staff member smoking in the foyer and kitchen area, another get off his motorbike and immediately start touching the plates (helmet still on!) So hygiene is questionable. A third staff member tapped me on the shoulder and whisked my plate away within seconds of me finishing my plate. Good job i didnt want any more. The room was ok, but let down by staff and facilities.

Uma boa estadia

O hotel é ótimo, confortável, limpo, com bom buffet de café da manhã e funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos. Bem localizado para quem quer ir ao parque de diversão, mercado noturno e da saída dos cruzeiros. Mas se o objetivo é conhecer a cidade de Ha Long vai ter que alugar uma scooter ou contratar um táxi.

Cogimos este hotel pensando que sería una pasada. La verdad es que las habitaciones están limpias y muy bien. En cuanto al personal deja mucho que desear. Desde el primer momento intentaron sacarnos dinero. Nos dijeron que nuestra habitación no estaba lista hasta las 2pm (contábamos con ello) pero que si les pagábamos 200.000vnd más nos la daban ya. Obviamente dijimos que no porque nos pareció un gesto feo. Les dijimos que nos íbamos a la piscina para hacer tiempo y nos dijeron que no. Que no se podía utilizar porque el agua estaba sucia (casualidad). Tardaron hasta las 6pm de la tarde en cambiar el agua y aún así estaba medio vacía. A parte, todo el rato querían saber cuál era nuestro plan. Les dijimos que iríamos a la bahía a coger un crucero y nos dijeron que ellos tenían uno disponible por 800.000 pero a las 5 de la tarde, nos dijeron que a la mañana era imposible porque ya era muy tarde. Les dijimos que no porque aquí anochece a las 6 y no íbamos a ver nada. En cuanto vieron que lo íbamos a hacer por nuestra cuenta, nos dijeron que sí que sí que tenían uno a la mañana y que además si lo cogíamos nos daban ya la habitación para poder refrescarnos antes de la excursión. En resumen, hemos estado en sitios de peor calidad y nos han tratado muchísimo mejor, sin intentar sacarnos dinero de todos lados. Nos esperábamos una profesionalidad mayor. No volveríamos nunca y por su puesto no lo recomendamos. Hay muchas opciones de hoteles mucho mejores.
