"Beautiful complex and views from the room. The unit we stayed in was a bit dated but clean. Only downside was the bed was very old and uncomfortable so we had to buy a foam topper which we then had to leave there rather than travel home with it."

"1. The Outrigger Kona has the architectural potential to become a brutalist masterpiece, but the property is instead treated and maintained as a drab, tacky, mediocre concrete structure. A few low cost interventions could increase the visual appeal of the property: e.g., do not paint in white the concrete but use cladding elements with rock inclusions or micro cement in a hue of gray that blends more naturally with surrounding lava rocks. 2. Should provide instruction on how to use the WiFi at the time of check-in. 3. A morbidly obese people may have slept on the mattress, the mattress in our room did not offer any support, was distorted, and overall extremely uncomfortable. "
