"Smelly and misleading "

"We loved celebrating our 20th anniversary at the Plaza. No early check in fees. They moved us to a nicely remodeled room in the quiet south tower. The slots were fun and the doughnuts yummy. The pool was the only bit of a disappointment. Realizing that it is March and the summer season hasnt fully opened, we found it a bit crowded an the water temp was cold. The hot tub was too full of adults drinking to ever use, we waited but gave up. On the bright side, we did not pay any pool fees for a recliner chair and the pickle ball courts looked fun. Maybe next time! "

"The room could have been cleaner, in the bathroom there was hair , grout in the restroom dirty. Carpet dirty. Mattress was thin, we paid for the newly renovated, honestly couldn't tell. The parking for guest, wasn't explained how it worked and also the key for the elevators also wasn't mentioned. The parking structure filthy, trash everywhere, the stairs could definitely use a good power wash. Honestly the resort fee we paid for amenities we couldn't use without paying extra and pools were closed for the winter. "
