"The hostess was charming, kind and looked after my every need. She cooked wonderful meals and also helped clean my clothes and dry them by the wood stove. I just wish I had more time to stay there. The room was cozy and the bed was too. I slept like a baby, which is not my norm. I cannot recommend this place enough. Try not to bring much luggage. the access is out of a book, like walking up a path, and you are not exactly sure till you get there. Just wonderful"

"My family and I had a wonderful stay at Pafuli Bungalov which is a beautiful wooden bungalow surrounded by tea plantations. We woke up surrounded by greenery and nature - it was just amazing! It is a family run business and the family made us feel so welcome. They served a delicious breakfast which included traditional dishes from the region, and also gave us fresh figs, grapes and tomatoes from their garden. "The hotel and cottages are spread on a large forested hill. It takes some 200 steps to walk to a restaurant where breakfast is served, but you don’t feel like walking, you can supposedly call for a shuttle. The staff in the restaurant does not speak any English, so trying to get coffee for breakfast instead of tea did not work. All in all an interesting place to visit."

"Exceptionally helpful staff. Reception staff were extremely helpful with local area information, admin. and technology (Don't forget the donation of fresh tea leaves!). Vegetarian dietary requirements catered for with a little help from Google Translate! Wide variety of breakfast buffet items, all inclusive. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay. If there was a higher rating than 5 star we would award it. "

"The hotel is in a perfect location, within walking distance to the main streets and plenty of great restaurants. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. However, we stayed in a deluxe suite, and unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi connection on the second floor of the suite. That was the only downside to an otherwise great stay."
