"Overall the place was okay but very noisy. I also accidentally booked my room for the wrong weekend, they wouldn’t even consider changing the date. I understand I didn’t purchase a flexible room; however, I wasn’t asking for a credit. It left very poor taste in my mouth and I wouldn’t use them again for this reason. "

"Decent parking. Close to restaurants and supermarkets, easy 20 minute walk to CBD. Room faced an inner courtyard, with very little natural light and a view directly into the opposite room if you opened the curtains- though there was little point due to the lack of light. Felt a bit subterranean, but as a place to sleep it was comfortable and good value."

"Regarding the breakfast, for two days, an extra $60, I wasn't satisfied, the sausages were hard and over cooked, the pastries was small in size and selection, not much choice for bakery apart from sliced bread."

"We found it difficult to park - there was always someone else parked in front of our unit. Housekeeping did not come at all during our two night stay. We had to go and ask for clean towels. Rubbish was not removed during the two days. There was no coffee or tea. There is mould in the shower, and the shower leaked. The only thing we had to mop up the water on the floor was our used bath towels. The bed was very hard, and was two smaller beds pushed together to make a king, so not an actual King as advertised. "

"Hotel was cleanish. There were weird black marks on the shower floor but since we’re only there for two nights, it didn’t seem worthwhile to make an issue of it. Staff seemed unavailable when we checked in and it seemed like we were an inconvenience. Parking is a night mare!! 25$ a day for a parking garage that has been pillars EVERYWHERE! You neeed to be so careful because it feels like you’re going to hit every curb. "
