Room was perfect for a single traveler or a couple. The room service menu didn’t have a surcharge which was nice. Close to shopping Centre if you forgot to pack your toothpaste! Staff were friendly and engaging. Ever entry and exit was greeted with a smile and greeting. Breakfast was a nice bonus.

Great location and home away from home - the room was beautiful and spacious, the bathroom clean, mojo bar area well appointed and tv has all the apps you’d expect. Personally, the bed was a little too soft but I was easily able to overlook that. Great location with transport and shops across the road and the bar, restaurant/cafe, with kid friendly play areas were a huge hit for our family. The staff were lovely and welcoming and topped off the experience. We will be back!

I would have to say it was totally beautiful. I love that the breakfast was every morning love that you could have dinner. I didn’t have to go anywhere plus you got 10% off because you were staying there. We also got free beer for the day that we were there the bed was comfortable. Everything was really good and I would be recommending for anybody to stay here as I definitely will be back next time we come back down to Sydney. Thank you for a wonderful stay Really beautiful place. I just love your tree out the front that lights up.

The staff at the hotel and the accommodation were both helpful and courteous in getting an early check-in. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was clean, tidy and quiet even with entertainment taking place in the hotel section.

Excellent Stay at The Brook by Nightcap Plus! Had a fantastic stay! The rooms were clean, and comfortable, with great amenities. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze. OUTSTANDING from the moment you walk in your greeted with a smile from Jess and Kelly who was able to help plan our night to the Brisbane Entertainment Centre best and easiest way there . Our Room was stunning so quiet clean modern a the rain shower was fantastic super comfortable bed a the view was gorgeous too . The complimentary breakfast was excellent and the staff were exceptional as well . Free secure parking onsite was also provided. I will only stay at The Brooks now when ever I’m in Brisbane. 10/10

The hotel room was pretty standard, comfortable, clean (except the toilet which needed a good brushing inside!), Security was good, continental breakfast good too. But I was woken at 3.30am by a loud alarm outside, possibly a car. This went non-stop for about 15 mins, It may have been nothing to do with the hotel but it wasn't good being woken like that! Also on the downside was the price charged. I initially found & booked this hotel via Expedia for $179 pn, already way over my budget for a 1 night stay while I visited a family member close by. It appears it was passed to Wotif who added $20 & I was shocked to be charged $199pn, especially as I'd seen the rooms re-advertised for $174pn. When I queried this the receptionist just said it was "the system" & she could not change it (odd when a variety of prices were being advertised on-line). All in all for a hotel in a commercial area it was overpriced & I will be looking further afield for reasonably priced accommodation for future visits
