"The hotel is in a great location and the rooms were spotless, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was a nit haphazard. Tables were not available and there was no check in so you had to find your own way. The staff were very friendly and tried their best but they were somewhat overwhelmed. Also, there was a power outage on my second morning so no TV or power sockets were available but overall, it was a nice stay."

"Firstly, the staff were lovely. I was travelling with my disabled mum and noted when booking we would need a ground floor room. We booked a "suite" with a bed for two and a bed for one so that we would have enough space to manoeuvre. Unfortunately we hadn't been given a room on the ground floor but this was quickly rectified. The room was clean and tidy. The mattresses were extremely hard. There were disability modifications for the toilet which worked well, but there wasn't anything for the shower in the bathtub. We weren't able to wheel mum into the room in the chair as the doorway was not wide enough, and there were two sets of double doors we had to get through from front entrance to room door and unfortunately we could not get through them without opening both doors which was also awkward for ingress and egress. Occasionally the staff helped but mostly it was us on our own or kind guests holding doors for us. Parking costs £3 per day, however we got this for free with a disabled card. There were two disabled parking spots and spots for EV charging too. We were offered breakfast for an extra charge but didn't get this as it didn't work with our plans. The coffee and tea amenities in the room weren't great, but there was a relatively cheap coffee machine in the main reception which worked in a pinch. Every person, staff or guest, we ran into was lovely, friendly, kind, and we enjoyed socialising outside with them. We would go again."
