"Our stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and the entire staff made us feel right at home. A very special thank you to Mr. Charles at the front desk—he truly went above and beyond for our family. Not only was he kind and professional, but he resolved our issue with our A/C very promptly. Also have to give Mrs. Jay(Concierge Area) a huge Thank you as well she was so patient and helpful with us and we were able to book 2 adventures even though it was time for her to leave. Everything about our experience exceeded expectations. From the atmosphere to the customer service, this place deserves nothing less than a 10 out of 10. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay!"

"The Westin is in an ideal location to explore the city it also offers a beautiful view of the Mississippi River the valet and hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. Rooms were modern clean and spacious We had crab cakes and drinks at the bar and all good. We come to New Orleans frequently and this is one of our favorite hotels. Parking is expensive but this true for most hotels near the French quarter or downtown area. "

"Free parking was great, location great, staff great. Event though the overall condition of the rooms could be better, overall my wife and I have no complaints. We enjoyed our 5 night stay. Here's one helpful piece of advice, add more chairs to be able to sit on the balcony. "

"We enjoyed our 9 day stay! Rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. The property is kept very well, beautiful outdoor pool, jacuzzi and the gym has great options for everyone. There was plenty parking, WiFi worked fast and the variety for breakfast was impressive and consistent every morning! We come to FL every year and wish we would have found this hotel years before but next year we will for sure book here again. Thanks for such a great long stay, it was perfect."
