"They let us check in early which was muchly needed after a long failed flight. The gentleman at the front desk was a delight to deal with and gave us great food options close by in the area , as my family was staving. Beds were comfy and the pool was great to burn some energy off the kids "

"Great location great gym"

"This was my second stay at this place, and it definitely won’t be my last. The check-in staff forgot to return my driver’s license (I also forgot to take it back) and didn’t explain the security deposit. Luckily, I noticed the charge and went back to ask, then they returned my license. The room we got this time wasn’t quite as good as last time. One of the lights didn’t work, so the room felt darker. The same issue with power outlets from my previous stay persisted. There are no outlets near the bed; they’re all near the TV. The outlet that flips open won’t fit my MacBook charger because the metal piece prevents it from going in. I really hope they add more outlets so guests can charge devices at the bedside."

"Room was perfect for our stay, heated flooring and lighting were great. We fit a family of 6 comfortably and the shuttle staff were very friendly and efficient. "

"Our room was clean & quiet (surprisingly, we couldn’t hear traffic from the nearby roads). Staff were helpful and friendly. I have one suggestion to help travellers with the shuttle service and that would be to add a background colour to half the time schedule differentiating going to the airport from the hotel as opposed to returning from the airport. With one white sheet with lots of numbers it was easy to read each line and not catch the change in shuttles direction."
