"The location is perfect. Fisherman’s Wharf is a hop, skip, and a jump away. It’s close to downtown. You can walk everywhere from the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel has delicious food!"

"Overall, things were good, but I was disappointed by the staff member who attended to me; it spoiled the enjoyment of my birthday celebration which was the very reason I had gone there. Fortunately, a Manager who was nearby stepped in to vouch for me, and I was able to get a room ."
