"We enjoyed our stay. Super convenient to downtown (buses, car rental). We really enjoyed cocktail hour in the lounge on the 18th floor. Would recommend!"

"Overall great stat. Great staff and great breakfast included. The location is great and everything is in walking distance. I was pleased with how quiet the rooms were and how clean. My only gripe would be the hallways definitely need updating, they seem very old and not attractive. But once in your room it’s easily forgotten. Be aware there is construction going on across the street but it never interfered with our stay. It’s a great nostalgic style hotel in the heart of Victoria."

"You can't beat the location of this hotel - one block from The Empress Hotel and right near the Inner Harbour. The adjacent Starbucks in the lobby was incredibly convenient for breakfast. The valet parking service was very efficient. We loved the view from the room, if even just a partial view - we could see The Empress Hotel and the water. We would definitely stay here again. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable."

"Drive right up to your room. Basic room, but very clean. Air-conditioning worked well. Smoking areas all around the property. Extremely friendly staff. Five minutes away from Sydney. Price is cheaper than anywhere else. Beds are extremely comfy. perfect for a quick stay one nighter !"

"The rooms were reasonably clean. The beds were comfy and the staff was helpful and friendly. The one restaurant pub was under some kind of renovation and there was dust everywhere in it, so we opted not to eat there. They is another restaurant in the hotel, a Chinese restaurant, but we didn't eat there so I can't say either way what it was like. Overall, the price was definitely reasonable and I would feel comfortable recommending it to people. Next time we go to Victoria though, I will probably stay a little closer to downtown."
