"Our family of 4 stayed 3 nights in late August. Location was excellent within easy walking distance to Victoria inner harbour and attractions. Excellent buffet breakfast with a good variety of items. We even saw a wild deer just outside of the breakfast area."

"The front desk staff were very welcoming and informative. The older gentleman recommended a local restaurant, close by and it was amazing. For a really nice evening meal, The Glo is an amazing restaurant with reasonably priced food. I would recommend the Arbutus Inn for a clean, comfortable motel."

"Convenient location within walking distance of downtown and secure paid underground parking nearby. Comfortable, clean rooms with nice touches including Occidentale products, welcome San Pellegrino beverages, Lavazza coffee maker and free morning coffee/tea and fresh fruit in lobby. Also love the adjoining Palms bar and restaurant."
