"Avoid this place, just keep driving and find a motel 6 it’ll probably be better or even sleep in your car and you’ll have more accommodations. There were black mold spots on the shower curtain, the hotel is right next door to a night club, you will absolutely be up all night listening to drunks in the hallways and loud dance music from the windows. the AC in our room was problematic all night it wouldn’t work right room was HOT. Tried to use bathroom downstairs during breakfast time and the restrooms both men & womens were “out of order” they offered no hot tea just hot water? When we were checking out & needed help and had to wait the lady told us “I’m the only one doing everything” okay I’m sorry yall are understaffed but that is not the guests problem! DO BETTER RAMADA. "

"Every thing was good the only thing it’s hard to close the room door, we have a hard time to close "

"The only complaint I have is the staff. We waited for almost 30 minutes for someone to call a bellman and no one seemed bothered. "

"The staff was very professional, and nice. However the rooms need more attention, there was stains everywhere on the carpet, furniture also had stains. The bathroom caulking had mold, and the bathroom curtains had holes, as well. And the fridge you could tell it’s not well-maintained and old. "

"We had a great experience at Tru by Hilton in PCB. Breakfast was hot and ready every morning. Location was perfect, only a few minutes to everything…The hotel was spotless and Chelsie, Paul, and Hyacin(?) provided great customer service."

"The room was clean, hotel was pretty well maintained, and breakfast was good. Front desk lady on the evening of checkin wasn’t helpful. We requested the crib before arrival, and upon entering the room saw that the crib needs assembly. Assembly was very difficult, crib components wouldn’t stay fixed, we wasted half an hour. When we asked that front desk lady for help, she said she doesn’t know how to assemble it, that everyone left for the day, and that there’s nothing she can do. Not the kind of response you’d expect from Hilton, basically it says “I could care less, you figure it out.” Elevator reeked of weed. Outside of elevator door there was a big dried up spill and smelled like someone died there. Overall, good for the price. "
