Have stayed here a few times but would maybe try somewhere else next time. It’s a shame but basic things let it down. No sugar in the room. Very poor tv signal which was so bad we could not watch the tv. When we mentioned it at reception we got told the signal was not good in that room. So why not ...

The Queens Hotel
I had a lovely complimentary upgrade to a superior room. Just not superior enough. No nespresso machine just sachets of Nescafé and a gritty kettle. No hairdryer until I had to ask for one. No peppermint tea in the entire hotel?! The room was lovey and big, huge comfy bed but lacked important details ...

Clayton Hotel Leeds
Staff were friendly and courteous. The hotel and our room were clean, updated and in great condition. The only ding is that our room did not have a smart TV or other viewing options outside of local TV channels.

The Chambers - Park Place - Apartments
Parking easy, great facilities in apartment and extra nice touches such as fresh milk in fridge, snacks, quality molton brown toiletries and a lovely small honesty bar in reception area
