"Ac great, breakfast fresh. Room very noisy. You hear all the traffic from 95. 😞in the morning. I came back from a function after midnight and there were 2 very trashy girls smoking pot outside. Not sure if they were hookers or what? But did not fit the hotel. Saw a few like that at night. Did not like that 😞 room was beautiful recently remodeled. Staff very helpful and friendly "

"The airport shuttle was a complete mess, 1 shuttle van was not running and the one that was, the back hatch was broken so all the luggage was stacked on the front seats.We had to call the hotel 4 times and were given conflicting information. We had to wait almost an hour for the shuttle to arrive. Check in was extremely slow and the clerk was not very hospitable, acted like she didn’t even want to be there. I was not offered my greeting bag for being a rewards member! We were only given 1 door card and were not asked if we wanted 2. The room itself was pretty clean and comfortable. For the price we paid and the chain of hotel, this location was sub par."

"We only stayed one night pre-cruise, and this hotel mostly met our needs. Our check in was quick and friendly. I also really liked the cucumber citrus water available near the front desk. The breakfast had good variety and was plentiful. Our room was ok, however we could never get hot water in the sink or shower. When we inquired, we were told the faucets may be backward, but we tried each way several times to no avail. I ended up microwaving water to wash my face and took a cold shower. I would probably choose a different hotel next time."
