"Absolutely awful if you are disabled - do not book. The ‘accessible’ rooms they have show no signs of being accessible. No grab rails, no emergency cords, steps into the bathroom and into the shower. Doors just wide enough to get out wheelchair for. When I asked if we had been given the correct room the staff just stated that that’s what they call accessible, and they only have 2 of these rooms. Completely unusable for my mother in a wheelchair and the staff did not care at all. This hotel completely goes against the 2010 Equality Act and what a disabled friendly room should include. Amazing that such a big chain like the raddison can’t follow UK regulations!"

"On check we had this ridiculous discussion that I was not a Gold member because I had not booked via Hilton site. I did not personally book it but i was treated badly - not recognising that I am a Gold member and still paying good money to Hilton to stay there."
